Hi, I'm Mert.
I have been actively involved in fitness training and sports for more than 10 years. My background includes competitive canoe racing, strength and conditioning training, coaching, and fitness instruction.
As a former competitive athlete, I understand the discipline, consistency, and mindset required to achieve long-term results. My experience in sport has taught me that every individual has different goals, abilities, and challenges, which is why I believe in a personalized approach to training.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management and currently work as a fitness trainer, helping people improve their strength, fitness, confidence, and overall health through structured and sustainable training methods.
I enjoy working with beginners, intermediate trainees, and athletes of all ages. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, strength development, improved mobility, or better athletic performance, I am committed to helping you achieve lasting results.
My mission is simple: help people become stronger, healthier, and more confident while building habits they can maintain for life.
