About Ethan
I trained as a biological anthropologist, which involved med school anatomy courses during my PhD years at Duke University. I began teaching medical school anatomy as a TA in grad school and continued teaching as a postdoc at the Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine. I spent four years as a faculty member at DO schools.
I recently changed careers to become a traditional arts administrator (I'll happily supplement tutoring sessions with an old time fiddle tune if you like) but am excited to get back to helping students master the complexities of the human form.

I enjoy working with students to break down complex anatomical topics. I am comfortable letting the student take the lead on issues that they find most difficult or in presenting prepared instructional material customized to the student's needs as well as review questions. Anatomy is humbling in its vastness and complexity and sometimes it takes a few tries to work through!
Lessons are available for any level of gross anatomy learner, from medical students to students in undergraduate courses.
