About Iradj

I have always been keen on staying fit and having a healthy lifestyle, which led me to become a competitive runner in Europe, and following that in college track and Cross Country. During the past ten years, I've done online coaching plus coaching in Southern Africa prior to the pandemic.

If interested, contact me about my special offers. I guarantee results, and my emphasis is on cardio, in addition to general fitness and advice on nutrition.
