About Kendal
I have worked with a variety of clients since I have graduated from my university. They ranged from Semi-Pro soccer players to 12-year-olds wanting to learn soccer. Personally, I am just very passionate about health and fitness and seeing others achieve greatness makes me happy! I love being able to enjoy what I do and help spread good habits while I am doing it as well. As a former athlete, I am very versed in athletics as well as strength and conditioning. I like to have good client-coach communication so that we can maximize both our time and efforts, while also instilling trust!

-I prefer to allow people to enjoy what they are doing. Fitness goals are important, however, I like to ensure I keep people passionate about fitness. -Lesson plans will range between 45 mins- 1 hour and will focus on your specific needs that we will go over first so I can create plans around individuals' needs. -What sets me apart is the fact that I was a former high-performance athlete, as well as my mentality. I personally like to get to know individuals so I can help them as best I can and so they can get the most out of me as well. -Personally, I have mainly worked with ages 5-30, however, I am open to coaching anyone that needs it!
