About Denise
I am a former dancer who was trained and performed in England, Hong Kong, Australia, Canada. I was introduced to Pilates when I was 12 years old. Have always developed my way in Pilates and bodyworks to overcome injuries and mental conditions.
My experience is widespread across large group classes, clinical groups and privates in setting like Pilates yoga studio, healthcare clinics and fitness gyms. My speciality is lower back pain, dancer conditioning and ante post natal.
I am passionate to help people build a program-that is feasible, practical and sustainable to the goal they desired for, to the problems they have struggled with, to the benefits and joy they get from exercises.
