About Chelsea

I recently graduated from Cal State San Bernardino with a Bachelors in Kinesiology, exercise science. I was on the women's Track and Field team and Participated in the Kinesiology Student Association club and participated in an internship for 2 semesters.

My teaching methods is to encourage people to enjoy their work outs while they are putting in the work. Exercise is hard and it's difficult to get motivated sometimes, but I want my classes to feel more like a hobby where they see results.
