About Maya

I’m a passionate educator, mentor, and movement practitioner with over 10 years of experience working with students in teaching, coaching, and facilitation settings. My background includes dance, yoga, wellness, and one-on-one client support, which has helped me develop a patient, adaptable, and encouraging teaching style.

As a dancer and certified yoga teacher, I understand that every person learns differently.
