Paula is a very trustworthy yoga teacher, with a wise knowledge about body and mind. She is strict and also kind, making the lessons very enjoyable for all levels. Her classes are a gift. Namasté Paula!

Since I met Paula 13 years ago, I can say that she is a very reliable person, honest and kind. She is been training in India and other places to teach ioga. I would definitely choose her as a ioga teacher. She is fantastic.

I have done Yoga with Paula in the past and I enjoyed the classes very much. There is a good variety of poses, she is a good communicator which I found very helpful, the classes are easy to follow and with different grades of difficulty in the exercises . At the end of the class I felt both empowered and super relaxed. I loved it!

I really enjoy Paula's classes! She is quick to adapt the session to your needs and I started seeing progress after a few sessions. She is really patient and very friendly, makes it easy to feel comfortable in the class.
