About Blair
I was born into a Deaf family. I started learning sign language as a young child. I attended a preschool for the Deaf even though I was born hearing.
I hold a bachelors degree from East Carolina University in Psychology with a concentration in Child Development and Family Relations. My minor is is American Sign Language Interpreting and Deaf Studies.
Certified ASL Interpreter for 28 years.
ASL mentor for 20 years.
Certified Community ASL teacher for 20 years.
Certified college and high school ASL instructor for 10 years.
Certified Baby sign language instructor for 18 years.
