About Patrick
I've been a sports student since 2017, play soccer in the Bavarian League and also train a men's soccer team. I am very familiar with training with my own body weight, as I practice this myself most of the time, use it in my soccer team and have been giving courses for friends and acquaintances for 3 years.

My lessons usually consist of a short warm-up program, an intensive full-body unit for all muscle groups and the cardiovascular system with the so-called HIIT method (high-intensity interval method) and end the unit with suitable stretching exercises tailored to the individual needs of each person tailored.
