About Himanshu Mudgal
I was so slim till the year 2020 . My body weight at that time was 46 kg. I was 18 that year . That time I decided to be fit and started my journey . And now my body weight stands at 62 kg with muscle mass not the fat. I ate only healthy foods and joined a gym which let me achieve this growth. I achieved this goal by homemade diets that is i did not take any supplements like whey protein, gainer etc.
