About Chuyu
I’m really interested in fitness and has been weight lifting for years. I have done many researches both in fitness and nutrition. I can teach in both English and Chinese.
I will create a weekly workout plan thats just for you and weekly update.
my weekly course is 30 pounds including
1. 30 mins of body valuation/update
2. 60 mins of video call
3. three times of form correcting via texts
