About Romy

Hi, my name is Romy.
I have been passionate about fitness and well-being for over 10 years. Through my own journey, I have overcome struggles with eating disorders and weight challenges by using sport, self-care, and holistic wellness practices. My approach goes beyond physical training.

 I focus on the connection between the mind, body, and emotions, including stress management, lifestyle habits, and overall well-being. I am currently training in kinesiology, which allows me to deepen my understanding of the body and create more complete, personalized wellness programs—especially for women’s health and hormonal balance.

 My coaching is fully personalized and holistic, combining fitness, nutrition guidance, emotional support, and lifestyle habits to help women feel stronger, more balanced, and empowered in their everyday lives.

I offer personalized fitness and wellness coaching designed to support a wide range of goals, including fat loss, muscle building, and overall health and well-being.

 Every session is fully tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building, or simply improving your overall health and well-being, I adapt each program to your individual needs and preferences.

I also provide guidance on nutrition and healthy habits to support your progress outside of training, helping you build sustainable long-term results. Currently training in kinesiology, I bring a developing understanding of body mechanics and holistic health, allowing me to help you train safely, effectively, and with better body awareness.

Sessions may include strength training, functional exercises, mobility work, and lifestyle coaching depending on your goals. Whether you are a beginner or looking to take your fitness to the next level, I will create a program that motivates, supports, and empowers you to reach your full potential.
