We will have 45 mins working out session and 10 mins relaxation session ..with 1 bonus recipes everyday .our main aim will be to be consistent and the key towards it will be to not be repititive (no repeat) workouts along with counts ...so that it makes it easy for you all to be motivated throughout the session . We will also practise some stretches at the end
