I am a Pharmacy graduate and certified fitness instructor in Sydney, Australia. My passion is being able to help people get fit, feel good and be active. I have given martial arts classes to children and young people and trained people of all ages, helping them individually to achieve their goals.

My way of teaching is that the student understands what he is doing, how and why he is doing it. Know your objectives and make an individualized plan. No magic solutions, if you understand it you practice it and if you practice it you get results. I want the student to end up needing me as little as possible.
