About Jess
I have been in the gym space for over 6 years now. Starting off in my own little home gym I learnt the hard way to achieve my goals of gaining muscle and acquiring a well built physique. Spending many years trialling different methods and working with various coaches to achieve my goals I learnt the best methods to get to were I wanted to be. Additionally, I found a passion in competitive bodybuilding and learnt various methods to lose body fat and obtain a lean physique. Overall having an experienced person by your side will help you get to we’re u need to be within a matter of time.
