About Pamela
I’m a dedicated endurance athlete and triathlete, training 20–30 hours per week and building long-term strength, discipline, and consistency.
Five years ago, I made a decision to change my health. I lost 65 pounds—and more importantly, I’ve maintained that loss through consistent training and structured habits. That experience shapes how I coach today.
I specialize in working with adults 40+ who want to:
Start walking regularly and build daily movement habits
Progress safely into running (including their first 5K)
Build strength through calisthenics and basic weight training
Improve overall health without extreme or unsustainable programs
Most people don’t fail because they lack motivation—they fail because they don’t have a clear, structured plan. My role is to provide that structure and keep you moving forward week after week.
I work best with individuals who are serious about improving their fitness and willing to stay consistent, even when progress feels slow.
