I am Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Coach with a history of Nutrition. I currently work at a Private Studio in Bondi. I specialise in weight loss/ weight management, changing creating healthy habits and personal growth. I have been strength training, dancing, playing soccer and doing yoga for the last 4 years.
