I’m Usoof, I’ve been a personal coach for the past 3 years and been involved in athletic and amateur sports for the past decade.

Integrated conditioning using assault bike intervals, EMOM circuits,
and boxing-specific rounds.
Added core stability work (hanging raises, anti-rotation holds) to
improve balance and punching structure.

body composition.
