About Nugroho
My name is Stephen, and I’m someone who values clarity, consistency, and learning that fits real life. I have experience across software development, fitness, and language learning, and I enjoy helping others grow in a way that feels grounded rather than overwhelming.
I approach teaching with patience and structure. I believe people learn best when they feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and progress at a pace that suits them. Hi! I’m Stephen, and my fitness coaching focuses on sustainable strength through calisthenics and bodyweight training. My philosophy is simple: build a strong, capable body without burnout or injury. I emphasize proper technique, gradual progressions, and listening to your body.
Each lesson is structured around your current fitness level, goals, and lifestyle. We work on foundational movements, mobility, and strength progressions that make sense for you. I prioritize long-term consistency over short-term intensity, so training feels challenging but manageable.
What makes my approach different is that I don’t believe in extreme programs or one-size-fits-all routines. I teach you how to train in a way that fits real life. These lessons are well-suited for beginners, people new to calisthenics, busy professionals, or anyone who wants to build strength safely and confidently.
