  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    Fitness has always been a core part of my life. I started training at a young age out of curiosity about how the body works and how discipline can transform it. Over time, that curiosity grew into a deep passion for helping others achieve their best physical and mental selves through fitness.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    There isn’t really a particular motivation behind what I do — it’s purely about discipline. I believe consistency and discipline build success, not momentary inspiration. That principle guides both my training and my teaching approach.
  • How does your work help society?

    My work helps people build healthier lifestyles, both physically and mentally. Fitness teaches confidence, self-control, and resilience — qualities that benefit not just individuals, but society as a whole. When people feel strong and capable, they bring that positivity into their communities.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    My role model is Michael Jordan. His work ethic, focus, and relentless pursuit of excellence inspire me every day. He’s the perfect example of how discipline, not just talent, defines greatness.
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    Outside of coaching, I love playing sports and reading books. Sports keep me competitive and active, while reading helps me learn continuously — not just about fitness, but about mindset, business, and personal growth.
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    One of my early clients once told me they couldn’t even complete a basic workout. I worked with them for months, step by step, and they eventually ran their first 5K race. Seeing that transformation reminded me that progress isn’t about speed, it’s about steady discipline — something I also apply as a student in business college and as a coach.
