About Adam
I am a fitness and health promotion graduate from 2020. I got really into sports at the young age of 7. I started skating and playing hockey, started skiing, and I then began running short distance races all of This continued through my childhood years but I only took the sports aspect of my lifestyle seriously until rather recently. During my early teenage years I began to overindulge in sweets after school such as cookies, cake and whatever else that was sweet in the house. I also ate a bowl or 2 of ice cream after dinner every night. This led me to become a rather chubby young kid.
I became really unhappy with the way I looked and how I was feeling during the summer between 9th and 10th grade. I decided to make a change in my life. I cut sweets out of my life and I began to feel way better. I Became In love with the healthy lifestyle and started running longer distance such as 10 k with solid results. I went on to study fitness and health promotion. I learned so much more about the human anatomy, personal training group fitness, physiology and the nutrition that is needed to properly fuel. I began to fall in love with strength training to support my body. After graduating I have found a love for for endurance sports. I am currently training for a half marathon with a goal of eventually completing an Ironman Within the next 12 months. I'd love to help many others
do what I did and reach your goals whether that be to Lose some weight, increase your strength, or increase your endurance.

Each class will be based on strength, flexibly, endurance, or power. The classes will consist of different amounts of rounds of exercises depending on which discipline of fitness is being focussed on. Each lesson will be 10 minutes to an hour
