About Luz
i am a first generation latina that is the youngest of 5. My both parents are from Mexico. While I was growing up I grew up as an empathetic personal and observant to get information from my older siblings and family members. I live in Washington and I got an opportunity to travel to Michigan for college both academic and athletics. I took my chance because I understand that I have to be a leader by walking the unknown.I graduated in 2021 with a bachelor liberal arts with a major of sociology. During college I was a first year mentor, resident assistant and involve with residential life.After college I took many leadership position. I currently work as a manager trainee in Enterprise rent a car to grow my knowledge and have a stronger foundation of being a leadership.While being a leadership I have receive many positive feedback from previous mentees and residents that I am compassionate, empathetic, understanding, open mind and intellectual.

I will also bring up social media like movies and shows to understand each little symbol on what it means in the Latin community and what does get talked about to get a full understanding why people don’t agree to certain things.
