About Christine
I hold a First Class BSc Hons in Psychology. I have 3 years' experience in tutoring and can provide references on request.
In addition, I hold a Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Skills and have worked with a range of psychological practitioners within both paid and voluntary roles. I am currently working within the NHS and within crisis intervention services.

Firstly, thank you for considering me as your tutor. Asking for help is not failing, it is giving yourself the best opportunity to develop your skills further and get the most out of your academic studies. I hope I am able to be part of your journey. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask away.
My method of teaching will first establish any area of improvement that students themselves have identified. By working together, we can develop long term skills to be used in future assignments.
Providing you with feedback on your assignment before submission can give you the opportunity to revisit at any areas which lack clarity, ensuring your arguments are analytically developed, concise and appropriate to answering your question. In developing your existing ideas further and developing your skills, I am confident you will be on your way to achieving a higher grade.
My approach often starts by looking at your current assignment to ensure a thorough understanding of the task in hand. This can often be the first area of difficulty for many students “What am I being asked to do and how can I achieve it?”. I can provide a high level of feedback to give you practical direction on how to improve your grades. Often this can be as simple as developing an idea further, or being more concise.
My method of teaching aims to develop your academic skills to achieve improvement on all future assignments. I mostly work online, however, I am happy to discuss over Skype or phone if you prefer.
