About Francesca
I am a recent graduate with a first class degree in biology from the University of Nottingham. Having attended a grammar school, I am very familiar with the pressures placed on students, particularly regarding exam results. As a tutor, my focus is you. I will plan lessons based on the specific areas you are struggling in, whilst ensuring you have a broad knowledge of the curriculum. In your first session we will discuss your needs and goals so that your future lessons can be planned appropriately. I would tend to use a variety of teaching and learning styles such as both verbal and visual explanations, associations and practice questions, however this can be tailored to suit your preference because I understand that everyone learns differently. I am also happy to discuss revision techniques and exam day tips so that you feel prepared for the whole process.
