About Anusha
I am a counselling psychologist with an MSc in counselling psychology. I deeply believe that as a therapist, i can only guide the client as far i have journeyed myself. My commitment to on-going inner work enriches my capacity to support others on their path of self discovery and growth.
Additionally, an on-going training in Somatic experiencing and Family constellation theory equips me with effective tools to support clients on their inner work journey.
I am genuinely inspired to help individuals uncover their true selves and cultivate a life of ease, joy and safety.
