About Vaibhav

Hello! I'm a Finance major at Rutgers University, where I'm currently in my first year. I earned a 770 on the SAT Math section, and I love helping students build the same confidence with numbers that I developed myself.

I tutor math for middle school, high school, and early college students. My lessons are structured, patient, and tailored to your pace, so you always know what we are working on and why. Whether you are starting from scratch or aiming for a top grade, I will help you understand the material, not just memorize it.

I look forward to working with you!

About the lesson

Teaching method
I explain concepts in plain language, tie them to real examples, and then practice problems together until you can solve them on your own.

Typical lesson
10 min review, 30 min new concept with guided practice, 15 min independent problems and feedback.

What sets me apart
I'm a Rutgers Finance student who recently learned this material myself, so I explain it the way students actually need to hear it. I scored a 770 on the SAT Math, and I'll teach you the strategies and habits that got me there. Patient, no judgment, tailored to your pace.

Who it's for
Middle school, high school, and early college students in economics and finance, from beginners to those aiming for a better grade or exam prep.
