I focus on personalised learning and teach in a way that allows students to thoroughly understand the subject. I believe that one doesn't have to memorise anything in order to achieve good grades. Depending on the subject and student's needs, each lesson usually takes around 1.5 hours to ensure the student's learning objective of that particular session is met.
