About Ilgın
To share the knowledge and achievements I have gained during my professional swimming years with people of all age groups.
My priority make younger age groups love water and swimming.
To contribute to their success at some point by having enjoyable training with the athletes who compete in the Adult and Master categories, who want to swim and who are preparing for the competitions.

I swam in Fenerbahçe Swimming A Team and Turkish National Team.
I am currently working at Galatasaray Water Polo Sports Club.
I am studying at Marmara University Faculty of Sport Sciences.
I work with people of all age groups and swimming levels.
With beginner level students;
My priority is to make people love water and swimming.
Basic postures in water body position.
Freestyle and backstroke swimming.
With Intermediate Students;
Correcting the wrongs we know right
Technical drill, foot and arm exercises.
Perfect learning of the Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Freestyle techniques.
With Advanced and Master Swimmers;
Perfect learning of the 4 strokes.
Kick, Pull and drill exercises
Technical analysis with underwater video recording.
Aerobic and Anaerobic capacity trainings.
