Hi I’m Khadija. I’m a personal trainer and therapist. I have multiple years of experience in training myself and have helped other females transform their minds and bodies, leading them into a healthier and better lifestyle! My 1-1 hybrid training is fun yet effective and whilst training with me, you will gain full confidence in the gym. I specialise in strength training, helping women lose weight or gain weight and build muscle! I provide my clients with a full programme, including a nutrition plan as well as a specialised app which includes workouts, progress tracking, nutrition tracking and more. This means you can train with me in person and online. What is your goal? Do you think you can challenge yourself and achieve it this year?

  • What age did you start playing sport? Tell us about this time or moment in your life.

    I’ve been active from a young age, but my relationship with sport became more intentional as I got older and realised how powerful movement is for confidence, mental wellbeing, and personal growth. Fitness quickly became more than just exercise for me it became a lifestyle and a tool to help others feel stronger in themselves. That journey is what inspired me to become a personal trainer.
  • What are your favourite sports; those that you practice at a high level, a simple hobby, and a sport that you’d still like to discover?

    Strength training is my main focus and the area I practice at a high level as a personal trainer. I also really enjoy running and being part of run clubs especially as I prepare for long-distance challenges like marathons. A sport I’d love to explore more in the future is Pilates, as I’m passionate about mobility, posture, and injury prevention alongside strength.
  • What gives you the motivation and passion to pursue your sport?

    My motivation comes from seeing how fitness changes people’s lives beyond the physical results. When someone becomes more confident, consistent, and proud of themselves, it’s powerful. I’m especially passionate about helping women feel strong, capable, and comfortable in their bodies through training and self-care routines.
  • Do you have a sporting achievement that you’re particularly proud of?

    One achievement I’m particularly proud of is training for and preparing to complete a full marathon while fundraising. Combining fitness with purpose is incredibly meaningful to me, and it reflects how I use sport as a way to support both personal growth and community impact.
  • How have your achievements and challenges made you a better sportsperson?

    Challenges have taught me discipline, patience, and consistency. Fitness isn’t always about motivation it’s about showing up even on difficult days. These experiences help me support my clients realistically because I understand the ups and downs of building habits and staying committed long term.
  • If you had to go for a jog with a famous athlete, who would you choose? And what questions would you ask them?

    I would choose Eliud Kipchoge His discipline, mindset, and consistency at the highest level of marathon running are incredibly inspiring. I would love to ask how he stays mentally focused during long-distance training and how he builds resilience on the days when motivation is low. I’m especially interested in how elite athletes develop such strong routines and maintain balance between physical performance and mental strength.
  • How do you help people stay motivated?

    I help people stay motivated by focusing on structure, small wins, and building habits that fit their lifestyle. I also encourage journaling, goal setting, and tracking progress which is why I created "The gain train journal" to support people beyond their training sessions. Motivation grows when people can clearly see their progress.
  • What makes you a Superprof in sports?

    What makes me a Superprof is my combination of qualifications, real coaching experience, and genuine care for my clients’ progress. I’m Level 3 qualified in Personal Training, Exercise Referral, Pre- and Postnatal Training, and Sports Massage, which allows me to support clients safely and holistically. I focus not just on workouts, but on confidence, recovery, mindset, and long-term lifestyle change helping people become stronger both physically and mentally.
