About Alexandra
My name is Alexandra, a fully qualified therapist based in the UK, specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and a counselling-style conversation. I provide a supportive, evidence-based approach to help you navigate life’s challenges—whether you’re experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, or struggles with self-esteem. Together, we’ll explore new perspectives, gain fresh insights, and cultivate the resilience you need to face tomorrow with confidence.
