About Krish
My introduction
I’m Krish Maan, a movement coach, martial artist, instructor, and performer passionate about helping people move better, become stronger, and live pain-free.
My journey began in 2015 with the traditional Indian martial art Kalaripayattu. I completed my training in 2018 under Master Balachandrann Nair (later known as Swami Hanuman Das) at Kalariyil Dharmikam Ashram, Parrasuvaikal, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
After moving to Mumbai, I started teaching both group and personal training sessions. Alongside Kalaripayattu, I continued expanding my knowledge by self-learning MMA and calisthenics from 2019 onward while also teaching these disciplines to my students.
In 2022, I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course in Rishikesh and have maintained a daily yoga practice ever since. To deepen my understanding of fitness, I earned a Personal Trainer Diploma in 2023 and began coaching clients in strength training and gym-based fitness. I also completed a Diploma in Nutrition from NFNA, Kolkata.
Today, I combine traditional martial arts with modern fitness methods to create a complete approach to health and movement. My coaching includes Kalaripayattu, yoga, MMA, calisthenics, strength and conditioning, gym training, rehabilitation, body realignment, mobility, and nutrition guidance.
My goal is to help every student build strength, improve mobility, recover from pain and injuries, and develop a healthier, stronger, and more balanced lifestyle through movement.
