About Andrea

I am a writer (poetry, poetic prose, short story, novel, playwriting...). I have spent years connecting daily with writing and with everything it has to offer us and I never stop discovering it or discovering myself. I am passionate about accompanying people to experience their innate ability to express themselves through the word in all its forms. Currently I teach therapeutic and creative writing workshops, and I carry out accompaniments that hybridize artistic tools and personal development (transformation). Likewise, I am a dancer of different disciplines, an actress, a passionate student of astrology and psychology; and emotional intelligence coach.

About the lesson

CONSULT INFO FOR LITERARY SESIONS (deep we process)

The techniques I use are the result of years of training and experience, so they are an amalgamation of different tools and learning. My teaching method is personalized. Each person has their particularities and needs, which is why different techniques and adaptations are required. I consider the already defined structure to be just as important as flexibility and intuition. Likewise, the connection between us is essential for the results of the classes. The most important thing for me is to create a space of trust and free experimentation.
First, we demolish the myths around writing and the abilities in front of it, to discover that we are all writers; which is something innate to the human being (the need to express ourselves, to communicate). Then, I use different books, references, exercises and inspiration techniques so that the experimentation speaks for itself (all based on your personality). We delve together in a way of writing totally free of judgment and expectation where freedom and play are your best allies. We will find your own source of daily inspiration and a poetic look at life.

Matías es una persona tremendamente especial. Tiene una amplia experiencia en diferentes ámbitos, lo cual deriva en una mentalidad abierta y flexible con la que es fácil interactuar. Además, tiene mucha sensibilidad y cuenta con un gran recorrido de conocimiento personal, por lo que profundizar es casi inevitable.

Es una comunicadora SUBLIME, es honesta y humilde, es REAL. Práctica la escucha activa constantemente lo que le permite ver más allá. Es muy difícil no conectar con ella.
