About Tess

I am a passionate violin tutor with 10 years of experience, dedicated to inspiring high school and college students. I have taught around 250 students, helping them discover the joy of playing the violin. My love for music and education drives me to create a positive learning environment where students can thrive.

One of my significant milestones was organizing a student recital, where my students showcased their progress and shared their love for music with family and friends. I believe that every student has unique potential, and I am committed to guiding them on their musical journey. Together, we can explore the beauty of the violin and develop a lifelong passion for music!

About the lesson

My teaching methodology for violin and related subjects focuses on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. I adapt to each student’s unique learning style, whether they are visual, auditory, or kinesthetic learners. This ensures that lessons are effective and enjoyable.

Flexibility is key in my approach; I tailor each session to meet individual needs and goals, allowing students to progress at their own pace. I emphasize motivation by setting achievable targets and celebrating milestones, which helps build confidence and passion for music.

Empathy plays a crucial role in my teaching. I strive to understand my students' challenges and feelings, creating a safe space for them to express themselves. By incorporating various techniques and styles, I help students not only learn the violin but also develop a deep appreciation for music. Together, we can explore the beauty of sound and creativity!
