My final semester I had intro to Differential Equations. The professor was very hard making the class about operators and a lot of advanced math. This was the first math class I ever feared. Derek made it so easy. He made everything do clear and orderly.

He advised me that he is an expert and designs his own classes. We met multiple times weekly through Chemistry. He also taught me from his specialized lessons and assigned hw. I Aced Chemistry and owe it all to him.
