About Ryan
I am an experienced ESL tutor with 14+ years of teaching high school and college students, passionate about helping learners develop fluency, confidence, and practical English skills. My teaching philosophy is centered on personalization, ensuring each lesson is designed to suit the student’s learning style, level, and objectives.
I combine grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking instruction with interactive activities and real-life examples to make learning meaningful and effective. My ESL teaching methodology is founded on the C³P framework—Creativity, Communication, Compassion, Problem-solving. Creativity is nurtured through interactive storytelling, role-playing, and project-based exercises that inspire students to express themselves freely and use English imaginatively.
