About Branch
I’m a dedicated coder and tutor born in 1998, with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida, earned in 2020. Growing up in a world shaped by tech, I discovered my love for programming early on—starting with tinkering in Python and building my first webpage with HTML and JavaScript. That passion led me to dive deep into Java and beyond, fueling my drive to not just code, but to share that knowledge with others. My journey at UCF sharpened my skills and gave me a solid grasp of programming fundamentals, from algorithms to web development. Since graduating, I’ve kept my finger on the pulse of the tech world, constantly exploring new tools and trends to stay ahead. But what I enjoy most is breaking down what I’ve learned into bite-sized, relatable lessons for students like you. What sets me apart? I’m not some distant expert—I’m approachable, patient, and genuinely excited to see you succeed. I get the struggles of learning to code because I’ve been there, and I know how rewarding it feels to crack a tough problem. Whether you’re a high schooler, a college student, or a career-switcher, I’m here to guide you through Python, HTML, JavaScript, and Java with a teaching style that’s clear, practical, and fun. Let’s build something awesome together!

About Your Lessons
Dive into the world of coding with engaging, hands-on lessons in Python, HTML, JavaScript, and Java, designed to make programming both accessible and exciting. My teaching approach prioritizes clarity and practical application, ensuring you gain skills that stick, whether you’re building a website, automating tasks, or mastering object-oriented programming.
Teaching Method and Techniques
The focus is on active learning. Each session combines concise explanations of key concepts with real-time coding practice to solidify understanding. Expect interactive tools like code editors, visual diagrams, and relatable examples—think creating a game in Python or styling a webpage with JavaScript—to make abstract ideas concrete. Lessons are structured yet flexible, encouraging questions and exploration to deepen your confidence in problem-solving.
A Typical Lesson Plan
A 60-minute lesson kicks off with a quick recap of prior topics to reinforce knowledge (5-10 minutes). Next, a new concept is introduced—like Python functions, HTML/CSS layouts, or Java classes—using clear examples and step-by-step guidance (15 minutes). The core of the lesson is hands-on coding (25 minutes), where you’ll work on exercises or small projects, such as a to-do list app or a data analyzer, with support to troubleshoot errors. We wrap up with a review, discussing challenges and setting a short practice task to keep you progressing (10 minutes). Every lesson adapts to your skill level and goals.
What Sets These Lessons Apart
These lessons stand out for their balance of structure and creativity, making coding feel less like a chore and more like a craft. They’re built to be engaging, with real-world projects that show how Python, HTML, JavaScript, and Java power today’s tech. The approach avoids jargon overload, focusing on practical skills you can apply immediately, whether for school, work, or personal projects. Regular feedback and a supportive vibe ensure you’re never stuck for long.
