I like to start all my tutorials with a basic all encompassing assessment so as to ascertain the academic proficiency level my students have in English. From there we work our way up, filling in possible blanks and blind spots. I usually work according to the syllabus of the student's particular school while also introducing outside texts that I feel would be helpful. I encourage as many questions as can be asked. I am currently a second year BA law student at the university of Pretoria. I was part of my highschool's tutoring program for 2 years, tutoring students from grade 6-10 even though I mostly work with students from grade 8-10. I am easy to work with seeing as I do my utmost best to try create an open, clear and effective learning environment.
