About myself: - Certified yoga instructor / Passed numerous trainings and seminars in different schools in India (OM SHANTI OM YOGA SCHOOL / Rishikesh, Dharamshala international yoga alliance 200 hrs); - more than 15 years of personal practice (experience in personal practice of recovery after childbirth, 5 years of practicing fasting; Vipasana courses, group and individual classes (Hatha yoga, Sivananda yoga). I invite you to yoga class "Planet connection"
An effective system for the integral development of the physical and subtle body. The ancient sages of India conveyed to us the knowledge that on each of the seven days of the week we experience the predominant influence of one of the 7 planets that set the rhythm of life. The practice is built taking into account the recommendations of the lunar day and the influence of a particular planet on this day of the week.
Each session includes mixed styles of yoga, with an emphasis on the physiological effects of the lunar day and a particular planet, as well as the relationship of each planet with the organs of the physical body and with the centers of the subtle body - the chakras ... Sometimes it is worth intensifying the practice, sometimes paying more attention to breathing, and sometimes relaxation. It is important to feel your body and influence from the outside world.
What is included in the complex: - setting for practice - meditation-immersion and hasta mudra (we study the mudras of the fingers); - pranayama (learning breathing practices); - Asanas (we work with the body together with breathing) - shavasana (learning ways to relax for further yoga nidra meditation/sleep yogis)
