I'm here to get you moving! You know the feeling when you want to try a new activity, or the feeling that you want to get REALLY good at something? That's why I'm here, that's what I do. I love breaking down your limitations and getting you doing!

Run a race or Win a race! Learn to paddle board or paddle around Shelter Island! Learn to defend yourself or earn a Black Belt! Learn to swim or do a Triathlon!

25 years of helping men women and kids succeed, overcome and conquer tells me I can help you too. Any fitness, activity, adventure or event you want to conquer let's do it! Right now!

The joy of watching athletes set goals and exceed their expectations while becoming stronger and more confident never gets old. My job is to help people live a better life through fitness and being active, I feel very fortunate.

I have 25 years of experience in coaching as a Personal Trainer, Sports Conditioning Specialist, Youth Fitness Coach, Golf Fitness Expert, Martial Arts and Boxing Instructor and have credentials from:

JT’s extensive Martial Arts background makes for a complex and incredible learning experience. He makes it a priority to connect both mentally and emotionally with clients to achieve their ultimate fitness goals. JT also makes every workout so much fun you don’t even realize he’s kicking your butt!! He’s worth his weight in gold and hands down my favorite trainer ever!!
