About Matti

I'm a former Olympic level swimmer from Finland with over 10 years of teaching experience.

I'm passionate about swimming and I'm constantly trying to figure out, how to improve myself and the student that I work with.

I love swimming and I want to share what I've learned. I'm a passionate about teaching and want people to learn this beautiful sport.

I'm a former Olympic Swimmer and been involved in Swimming over 30 years. USA-swimming accredited coach and also a personal trainer. 10 years of coaching experience with all level and age students.

About the lesson

1st Assesment and asking their goals

2nd Explaining the fundamental ideas about swimming and what are the main challenges in swimming

3rd Usually working with drill progressions and following a method where we try to tackle all the challenges in swimming one by one

4th Communicating with student constantly

All ages and levels. Mostly with triathletes, competitive swimmers and beginners.
