About Cristina

I am a recent college graduate with special training in tutoring, education, and activities-based teaching. I hold a degree in Spanish and Interdisciplinary Studies- meaning that I know how to work with students to make their work in either language stand out!

I create individualized plans for each of my students to help them reach their goals based on what I've seen work in my 3 years of tutoring and teaching assistance experience.

I treasure student advocacy and communication- let's reach your goals together!

I love helping people achieve their goals! This is why I like working with learners of all ages- we can all set and reach goals. There is always room for growth!

All students, regardless of age, circumstance, race, gender, or any other factor deserve to feel good about what they are lerning and deserve quality, effective teaching. I love to provide that to my students and to learn and discover alongside them!

I have 4 years of teaching assistance and tutoring experience. I am about to enter in a master's program for teacher education and have already begun my foundational courework. This means that I don't just do what I've seen work, I do what the reearch says works.

About the lesson

I offer free consultation sessions and half-price planning sessions for all new students so we can determine where they need the most growth and begin to develop a study plan.

Once the student (and caregiver, when applicable) and I decide on a plan, we set clear, achievable, and measurable goals for that student so that we can track our progress and adjust to new victories, challenges, and everything else!
