About Pearl
Parts of my job that make me excited or happy is knowing I helped someone to hit there goal and or mark. Also I love meeting new faces and or people and becoming a lifelong friend as well. Am a professional. I take teaching very seriously. I have a passion for kids because I got two beautiful girls of my own and they were struggling in school but now with having a lot of tutoring. They are on honor roll and both going to 4th grade. I have been teaching for a year. Am new but not that new I know the ropes of teaching and what it takes for the kids to master. I work from home have my own home office away from others. So it stays quiet.
Well I got started teaching because of my girls. I seen they were struggling. So I decided to reach out for help with my girls. Then I started teaching them myself which I knew I was good doing. Then I just turned it into a passion.
I have been a substitute teacher before in a class of about 25 to 30 in one setting. I had to teach some. I had to handout assignments as well as help with assignments. And take assignments up to be graded.

Well I start by talking to them to break the ice. Asking them about family and or friends things like that. Then after me and the client get comfortable with one another then I get into the meat and potatoes of everything.
I have worked with all kinds of wonderful students nor race or religion.
Advice I would give a student looking to hire a teacher in my area of expertise is to research throughly. Make sure they are a professional. Gather all the important information you can before u make a decision to hire them.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Questions that students should ask are as follows
How can I make my study habits better?
How can I make my grades better???
How can I focus more.
