About Roxana
I work closely with the students to create lessons that will meet their individual goals while adapting to their unique learning styles. Together, we work not just on grammar and daily conversations, but also on culture and traditions.
The thing I enjoy the most about this job is to be able to work closely with students, to help them work through difficult lessons, and to celebrate their accomplishments.
Throughout my college career I have volunteered as a tutor for children, college students, and adults. I have tutored a series of topics such as Algebra, Statistics, Research, Spanish, and English as a Second Language (ESL). More recently, I have worked with the tutoring platform TutorMe as a Spanish tutor since last year, where I have received a rating of 5 stars.

When meeting a new student, I like to chat with them about their goals for our lessons, their experience with previous tutors/professors, and about their learning style.
I have worked with students from all ages, including children, college students, and adults.

The pricing of my lesson varies on two factors:
1. Length of the session (e.g. 30 min, 1 hour, etc.)
2. Level of planning needed, meaning the time spent outside the sessions to develop lesson plans.
