About Shanathan
I have 25 years of knowledge with a BA in Spanish. I excel at tutoring students with creativity and passion in mind. I have traveled to Dominican Republic and to Spain to immerse ito the Spanish language and culture as well.
I enjoy connecting with students and teaching them at their level to help them understand the language and be comfortable with it as well.
I started as a volunteer teacher for a church who wanted to do outreach to the local Hispanic/Latino community.
I have a Bachelors of Arts degree in Spanish.

I usually like to ask the students what level of Spanish they intend to complete and provide them a quiz based on that level to gauge whether they can achieve that level.
I have worked with K- 12 and College students.
You (the student) and your parents (or legal guardians) should be extremely careful and cautious in the type of tutor you choose to hire. Your tutor should be someone that is dedicated and passionate about the subject and certainly want you to succeed no matter what. They should also be empathetic, encouraging, empowering and patient with you as well.
I had the joy of recently cooking Mexican and Cuban cuisine for my family and friends. Although I no longer live in Miami, I would always on occasion cook Mojo chicken with maduros and rice, along with purchasing and eating tres leches cake or a dulce de leche cheesecake.
