My method involves listening to a hypothetical short conversation together in each lesson, and then discussing the new vocabulary words from the lesson, along with their variants and conjunctions. We will, ofcourse, start with the basics and essentials so that each lesson incorporates things form the previous ones and that way you start adding up vocabulary until you speak like a true natvie spanish speaker without stressing in the process! Every now and then we will have a quiz to see if we can move along to more advanced vocabulary or reinforce what we have learned so far. And, naturally, we will also focus on vocabulary that would be useful for you in case you are learning spanish for a particular reason, let's say a job, a holiday, you name it. Sounds fun right?
