Greetings!

I am a dynamic educator with comprehensive knowledge and experience in the education and business fields. I have extensive experience mentoring and helping students develop research, writing, critical and creative thinking skills, as well as to establish goals and determine plans for action in both online and face-to-face formats. I am a strong oral and written communicator, with demonstrated cultural competency skills and Spanish language fluency, ready to help you with study skills, transition to college and university studies.

I hold a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and Curriculum & Instruction. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Technology and Management and a Master of Business Administration.

About the lesson

My typical process for working with a new student involves, first, sending out a letter with a short questionnaire to assess their needs and goals for the lessons.

During the first lesson, I assess their academic level and make adjustments as necessary to the information gathered with the initial email and questionnaire.

After each lesson, a progress report email is shared with the student or parent/guardian with recommendations for next steps/course of action to meet goals.

Following lessons will be developed based on progress made to meet established goals.
