About Abishek
I initially started teaching because my brother need help academically. At college, I realised that I could help other students the same way I helped my brother out. The more I started teaching, the more I enjoyed it and became confident in my ability to interact with new students.
My degree in the Sciences has made me well versed in all subjects. I've tutored students at UCLA, and completed an internship as a teaching assistant at Bridges Academy High School. Currently I work for Claremont Tutors as a tutor for all Science subjects.

Id like to get to know the student first, with some ice breakers and light hearted conversation. After that I'd discuss how they'd like the classes to proceed so that I can modify my pace to the likeness of each individual student.
I've worked with college students, high school students, and students with learning disabilities.
I recently learned how to cut hair. I honestly never thought it'd be so fun. Although I admittedly almost gave my friend a Mohawk the first time!😂

Abishek is great! Super understanding and easy to work with. He does a great job of explaining all the different topics and is able to adapt if something still is not “clicking.”
Super nice and patient! Explains concepts really well and constantly has you participating so you don't get lost. Always willing to help with specific problems and teaches methods that are easily applicable. Friendly and flexible time-wise too!
