About Ladan
I graduated as a Neurobiology major from the University of California Irvine with Magna Cum Laude (GPA: 3.974). I'm currently taking a gap year for medical school and doing research and tutoring part-time. I've been tutoring CHEM101 and CHEM102 equivalent to the 1st and 2nd General Chemistry for all science majors for 4 years. The content in these courses is similar to the high school AP Chemistry. I've had the opportunity to tutor more than 200 students and have taught them studying techniques that have been very helpful for them in their other courses as well.
Beyond my B.S. from UCI and passing all Calculus, Biology, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry courses with As, I have been private tutoring for more than 4 years. Tutoring numerous students have taught me how to best explain the material to students. My teaching differs from student to student because I usually figure out a study method that is well suited and personalized for that student. I tutor these subjects because I'm proficient in them and want my students to get the best grades in their classes.
I am flexible to tutor both in-person (within 15 miles radius of Irvine) and online. Looking forward to meeting and helping you to excel in your classes!
