About David

I have a passion for creating Art! I've been using cameras since 1978 and moved to include video in the early 1980's. I am a Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) with the Professional Photographers of America. I recently included Drone Photography to my gear list.

I enjoy the technical challenge of each project or job I take on. The money earned does help but my drive doesn't come from the money.

I started teaching during my stint as a government employee when I became a certified intrsuctor.

I have taken photography classes at Arizona Western College, first one in 1978 was learning the basics of the black and white darkroom. My next class at Arizona Western College was digital photography when Photoshop was version 3 or 4.

To become a Certfied Professional Photographer you have to provide images and take an examination. Upon acceptance and getting certified you are required to take continuing education in photography and submit documentation of your studies. This keeps me current in my avocation of photography.

About the lesson

Our process for working with new clients starts with meeting in a public place over a cup of coffee, tea, etc. We see if we are a good fit to work together and go over your education goals and discuss your camera how we can move towards your goals.

Our pricing starts at $35 per lesson and depending on the technical depth and time required for a longer lesson the fee can go up only if we agree in advance to this.
